A total of 1062 people juggled footballs for 10 seconds together to refresh the Guinness World Record here on Saturday.
After the lengthy breathless 10 seconds, greffier from Guinness World Record, Wu Xiaohong, declared that the 1062 people refreshed the record.
Among the 1062, 14-year-old schoolchild Song Zixin is the youngest and he once juggled football 303 times uninterruptedly, while the oldest one is 70-year-old Zhao Chengfang, who has played football for more than 20 years after his retirement.
"It is great that we can refresh the record, but the more important thing is we can gather here and do something we love and enjoy the happiness together," said Zhao.
Before this, the record was kept by Jogo Bonito Europa LLC. On July 23, 2009, 792 people juggled footballs at the same time together.
